Seminar Details For Participants

  1. Seminar will include Shreeguru Dr. Balaji Tambe’s most memorable videos, Group Meditation, Healing Music Concert (live), Prabhat Pheri, Yoga, Renowned Singer Shri Rahul Deshpande Live in Concert, Stotra-Mantra chanting, Kirtan and miscellaneous activities.
  2. The Santulan Veda Festival Seminar has been organized by the Balaji Tambe Foundation in association with Balaji Tambe Health Care Pvt Ltd to imbibe the teachings of Shreeguru Dr. Balaji Tambe and practice and propagate the benefits of ancient and holistic lifestyles for the benefit of all.
  3. Seminar fee Rs. 15000/- per person (common accommodation, meals included)


(Since this is a subsidized activity funded by the foundation, those who wish to contribute more than Rs 15000 to support the seminar may do so on the payment link.)

Last date of application: 15 June, 2022

Panchakarma Discount Coupon: All Non-Indians registering for the seminar will receive a 10% discount on Panchakarma Treatment at Atmasantulana Village, Karla, India, valid for one year from the seminar. 

Cancellation: Refunds are not available. However, If cancellation is done (via WhatsApp or email on the details given below) before 30th June, the seminar fees can be used as credit by you for treatment or product purchase in India before 30th June, 2023. For cancellation done after 30th June, 2022, there will be no credit available on seminar fees.

Acceptance: Your acceptance into the seminar will be confirmed by email/WhatsApp after you pay the registration fee. Those who are not accepted into the seminar for reasons other than cancellation will be refunded the entire fee.

Other Important Information:

  • Right of admission is reserved. Admission will be confirmed by email / WhatsApp.
  • Admissions are non-transferable. It is necessary to carry your Aadhar card or passport at the time of registration in the seminar on the first day.
  • The minimum age required for the seminar is 14 years.
  • Seating as per Indian tradition on wooden floor during sessions. Chairs can be provided for a limited number of people who are unable to sit on the floor.
  • Group accommodation (3-4 people per room) with a shared washroom will be provided.

  • The very old and infirm should not apply, since it will be the rainy season. Similarly, patients with heart problems, arthritis, knee problems, paralysis or other serious ailments should not apply. We do not encourage women participating in the seminar if it is during your menstruation days, since there are restrictions on attending meditation, yadnya, pujas, arati and mantra chanting, which are a large part of the programme.
